Dear Brother Devenderji ,
Till the time we dont attain sainthood the ups and downs in
sadhana continues, only at saintly level there is a continuity in our sadhana
but we should always try to make efforts to be consistent in sadhana, in fact
this effort for sadhana in spirituality is called ‘purusharthha’ hence increase
your kshatravrutii (warrior attitude ) to fight with your personality defect .
try to give autosuggestions for your personality defects.
Also I feel that the kala avaran ( the black covering ) has also increased around your gross and sublte bodies hence
1. Try to do salt water treatment twice daily go to this link for more details http://www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org/articles/id/spiritualresearch/spiritualhealing/saltwaterremedy
2. Give autosuggestion to remove your laziness in the
following way:
"whenver because of laziness I would avoid sitting for chanting or
praying I will become aware of the importance of sadhana and I will immediately
start chanting .
3. Try to visit the nearest seva kendra or ashram of any saint so that
you get the dose of sattvikta required to charge yourself to restart the
process of chanting !!
4. Atleast try to tell few people about the importance of
Sadhana, this will become a seva and again the guru's grace will start flowing
5. Try to make some monetary sacrifice unto truth i.e unto a saint’s mission or for dharmakarya.
Monetary sacrifice done to a saint or a saint's mission also lessens the
spiritual problem very fast
6. Do vastu shudhdhi because if the premise where u spend most of your time is sattvik then it will help you grow spiritually.
Some methods of Vastushuddhi :
Keep the Vastu and its vicinity clean.
If possible, plant Tulsi in the courtyard and worship it daily. Light a lamp or an incense stick in front of it in the evening.
Keep the images or pictures of Deities facing the East or West in the temple at home.
Sprinkle Gomutra (cow’s urine) in the Vastu daily. If this not possible, mix Vibhuti (Holy ash) in water and sprinkle it in the Vastu. Sprinkle it starting from the right side in the Vastu and move towards the left side.
Blow the ash of a Yadnya (Sacrificial fire) or Vibhuti in the Vastu.
Remembering the Kuldevta (Family Deity), sprinkle Akshat inside out in the Vastu, in the eight directions.
Light Dhoop (frankincense) and show it around in all the rooms.
Do light a ghee or an oil lamp in front of the Deities every day, morning and evening.
Show around incense stick in all the rooms of the Vastu.
Once a week, burn a Dhuni of Neem leaves in the Vastu.
Paste the Name-strips of Deities on the walls and create a subtle ceiling.
All members of the family should gather every day and pray to God to keep the Vastu pure and then chant. Also, recite the Stotras of Deities.
If the Vastudosh is severe, perform the Vastushanti (Ritual to calm the Vastu).
try these simple tips and if possible give me the feedback.
